For bookings made more than 6 weeks from your intended stay, we request a deposit (20% of the total rate) to be paid within 7 days of our reply, with the balance and a £200 security deposit paid no later than 5 weeks from your first night of stay.


For bookings made within 6 weeks of your intended stay, we require full payment of the total rate and the security bond within 7 days of our reply.


If you subsequently cancel your booking, we will return any service charge or security deposit already paid, and will refund your rental fees in full, but only if we can re-let the period you had booked. It is advisable to take out your own holiday insurance policy to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Payments can be accepted by the following methods:

Credit and Debit Cards



Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron cards accepted (invoiced in GBP, pay in local currency
- no card processing fees).


Bank to Bank Transfer



UK Banks - transfer via Faster Payments/Bacs/ CHAPS (pay in GBP)



US Banks - transfer via wire transfer (pay in USD)



Other Banks - using SWIFT or BIC Codes/IBAN transfer (invoiced in GBP)


Electronic Funds Transfer



clearXchange - for US bank account holders only
(pay in USD - no transfer fees!)



Paym - for UK bank account holders who have the Paym App installed on their smartphone
(pay in GBP - no transfer fees!)



PayPal - pay by credit card or bank card, no need to have a PayPal account (invoiced in GBP or USD, pay in local currency)

Please note there is an additional 3% fee if paying using PayPal.


Please note that we cannot process cheque payments, money wire transfers involving non-banking organisations (such as Western Union) or cash payments on arrival.
